Bringing the human back into business is simple:
One person at a time,
One team at a time,
One company at a time
We are humans;
We created our civilization,
We can re-create it.
Companies Can be fantastic Communities
they bring us together-
we cooperate, we mingle, we negotiate, we fight, we love, we eat, We Clothe, we Survive and we Thrive
WHAT WE DO
We inspire people.
We work with for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
We work with individuals, groups and communities.
We teach, we facilitate, we share, and we inspire.
Our seminars last from 1 hour to 1 year.
What do we explore in our seminars? We explore how to bring the human back into business by the development of employee purpose and passion.
We work by engaging on a practical level with participants. We work with teams who are using our philosophy daily at the workplace.
We start where you are at. And we build our course together. We co-create and play with the emergent ideas.
Our workshops inspire and motivate humans at work to respect themselves and their time.
We motivate the tasks so that they can be more productive for the person.
We are looking forward to sharing insights with teams, As Inspiration developers We have specifically designed a series of workshops to support teams through change while maintaining a resilient structure that can be respected by both stockholders and stakeholders.

PAULINE Mc CHARLES
Pauline Mc Charles
a lifelong social Entrepreneur
with an MA in Organizational Development,
She recognizes the beauty of owning up to who you are even at the workplace.
She thrives on the challenges of bringing strong individuals together from different cultures, values and ideas.
She enjoys watching ideas form into what as individuals one could not have imagined. The creation of an Ethos as a team that can withstand our societies changing awareness.
Resilience comes from self, from trusting one's team and trusting intentions. At the end of the day we all want to succeed, flourish and develop.
Bringing this to the forefront supports community in companies and creates room for healthy decision making that benefit both the company and self.
Pauline Mc Charles’s workshops are coming from a humanistic approach, as a consultant she listens, listens to what is not being said and goes on a journey of discovery. Everyone of us has felt inspired and is inspired, her job is to mirror this back at each member of the team. By recognizing one's own inner motor one can thrive at work and return home with dignity.
She draws her research from the Humanistic Management Network, The Weltethos Institut, Oikos and a few other organizations who are in the process of redefining our world view in business and management.
