The question of the conference is how do we build resilience in a changing world, the changing world is happening we have no way of knowing what those changes look like or how they impact our communities locally or on a planetary level. What we can know is how we respond, act and decide. The individual at the workplace may not see effects of the daily decisions on the larger system but if those decisions are coming from the core in a flow, listening to the movements, open to the team, and not in a reactive state, the decisions can be made and changed as the organization adapts to circumstances. on another note, wellbeing at the workplace can be achieved by creating enough mental space, in turn making the best possible decision and feeling sold about this. Taking a reactive management style and making it an active one.
