About The Event
The second of a series of 3 workshops.
We start with an exploration of how we see ourselves and what our priorities are. A look in the mirror.
The second work shop on March 11th will explore what habits in our daily life we can adapt to a better flow, be more efficient and less stressed leaving us with a feeling of accomplishment and inspiration.
Our 3rd workshop will take these reflections observations, priorities and habits and explore what it means when we relate them to others priorities, demands and needs, how we stand a flow in relation to our environment and maintaining a positive and relaxed attitudes so that we can fee l good and solid about our decisions even when they might be hard decisions.
